360 virtual staging: furnishing a panorama without breaking the room
A 360 panorama shows the whole room at once, so every mistake the AI makes has nowhere to hide. We furnish panoramas from your Ricoh, Insta360 or Matterport files, check them against the original, and link them into a clickable tour with a floor plan. The Tour Pack is on request while we finish testing two-view rooms.
Why a panorama is not just a big photo
An equirectangular panorama is a flattened sphere. Straight lines bend, the floor is stretched along the bottom edge and the ceiling along the top. An AI model that furnishes it as one image tends to get the scale wrong and invent geometry that does not survive in the viewer.
The obvious fix, cutting the sphere into six cube faces and furnishing each, did not hold up in our tests. The floor face failed our check against the original, and the model removed heating pipes. Furniture also did not line up across the seams between faces.
What worked: furnishing tilted views of the room with a mask that limits the edit to floor and furniture areas, then placing the result back in the panorama. A mask is not optional. Without it the model straightens the perspective and rebuilds the room.
What you send and what you get
- Send: panoramas as 2:1 equirectangular images, 8,192 px wide or more, from Matterport, Ricoh Theta or Insta360, plus a floor plan if you have one.
- Get: up to 6 panoramas furnished with a proof per image, a clickable tour with floor plan, 12 months of hosting and an embed link for your listing.
- Style: one style across all rooms, picked with you from five presets.
The same rules apply as for photos: the disclosure is part of the file and the metadata, you receive the original panorama, and defects such as radiators, pipes or cracks stay in the picture.

What we do not promise yet
We have tested single rooms. A whole apartment tour with every room staged is something we will show here once the first one passes our own check, not before. If you want to be the first, send one panorama and we stage it as a test.
Questions
Can you stage my Matterport scan?
Yes, as a set of equirectangular exports. Export the panoramas from Matterport at the highest resolution and send them like photos. The clickable tour is built from the furnished panoramas, not inside Matterport.
Do rooms need to be empty?
Empty or nearly empty rooms work best. A room with clutter has to be cleaned up first, and we do not remove defects.
How fast is a tour delivered?
Tours are delivered within 3 working days. Single panoramas follow the standard 24 hours.
Is the tour labelled as staged?
Yes. Furnished panoramas carry the disclosure and the original is delivered as well.
Send one empty room. Get it back staged, labelled, with the original, within 24 hours. If you like it, order a pack. If not, you lost nothing.
