Virtual staging before and after, with the proof next to it
Drag the handle on each pair. Then look at the difference maps further down: that is what we hand to every client to show that nothing in the room except the furniture changed.
Five examples from our test runs
These are demo objects from our own test runs between 28 and 30 October 2026. Four originals are real photos under the Unsplash licence, one is an AI-generated empty room, and each caption says which. Client work will follow here with written consent. Every staged image carries the disclosure in the corner, exactly as it ships.
01 · Vacant living room, new build

Left: originalRight: staged
Elegant contemporary style with a curved bouclé sofa, travertine table and oak sideboard. Windows, door, kitchen and ceiling are untouched; the ceiling zone changed by 2 %. Source of the original: Real photo (Unsplash licence).
02 · Living room with carpet

Left: originalRight: staged
Modern contemporary for the US market. Carpet texture and downlights are kept as in the original. Source of the original: AI-generated empty room used as the original.
03 · Small bedroom, new build

Left: originalRight: staged
Upholstered bed, walnut nightstand and one artwork. Window and ceiling stay untouched (1 % and 4 % changed). The bed stands in front of the radiator, which stays where it is. Source of the original: Real photo (Unsplash licence).
04 · Oak kitchen, renovation preview

Left: originalRight: staged
Fronts, worktop, splashback, hood and appliances replaced in two masked passes. Window, ceiling and layout are locked to the original photo. Labelled as a renovation preview, not as the current state. Source of the original: Real photo (Unsplash licence).
05 · Living room furnished with real products

Left: originalRight: staged
Sofa, armchair, coffee table, rug, lamp and plant taken from product references in a style library; cushions and wall art only approximate. The window wall changed by 16 %, the camera did not move. The shopping list has 10 pieces. Source of the original: Real photo (Unsplash licence).
What the difference map shows
Red marks every pixel the AI changed against the original. Furniture may be red; walls, ceiling and windows may not. Thin red lines along edges mean a model nudged a window or a wall by a few pixels, which is the kind of error a buyer notices on a visit and an MLS reviewer may notice on a screen.

Zones are measured per image: the top 42 % of the frame for the ceiling, and the window area. If a zone exceeds 20 % the image is restaged instead of shipped. A full sample is on the proof page (labels on the maps are German: oben = top, fenster = window).
What you get with every image
- The staged image, at the original size or larger, up to 4k.
- The unaltered original to publish alongside where the rules ask for it.
- A difference map with percentages for ceiling, walls and window zone.
- The disclosure on the image and in the metadata.
- A portal guarantee: if a portal or MLS rejects the image over the AI edit, a free fix or a refund of the image price.
Prices are on the cost page.
Questions
Are these real client listings?
No. They are demo objects from our own test runs, mostly on stock photos under the Unsplash licence. We say so on this page and on the home page. Client examples follow when clients agree in writing.
Why does the proof show some red on the furniture and window zone?
Furniture is supposed to be red, because it is new. In the window zone, furniture in front of the glass shows up as change. What matters is the share and the shape: filled shapes that match furniture are fine, thin outlines along frames are not.
Can I see a sample on my own photo?
Yes. Send one empty room through the order form and you get it back staged, labelled and with the original within 24 hours, free.
